WHY ME

At 55 - I know how you feel.

I grew up in sport and was a high-level soccer player before fully committing to the weight room. Training started as a way to improve performance, but it quickly became something deeper. I became fascinated with how the body adapts, how strength is built, and how discipline in one area of life transfers into others.

Over the past 30+ years, I’ve worked in nearly every corner of the fitness industry — from personal training on gym floors to building and operating my own CrossFit facility in the Toronto area. I’ve coached thousands of sessions and worked with athletes, professionals, and everyday men trying to get back control of their health.

What I’ve consistently seen is this: high-performing men don’t lack work ethic. They lack structure. As careers grow, responsibilities increase, and recovery changes after 40, the old “train harder, eat less” model stops working.

I created the Men Over 40 program to solve that problem. It’s built on systems — supported by clear goals, executable phases, and measurable standards.

No hype. No extremes. Just a repeatable framework that builds strength, reduces body fat, and restores energy in a way that holds up under real life.
